Tread softly

Dont hold on to life with grim purpose
Maximizing length is not its final goal
Keep a gentle hand on the rudder
Steer life clear of treacherous shoals

Desist from planning the last detail
And measuring every step to the end
Lose track of yourself and meander
Wandering into every turn and bend

Thirst not for understanding nature
While diligently labelling its variety
A rose shall smell no less fragrant
Whatever the name given by society

Labor not trying to save up for morrow
Cataloging and figuring out best deals
The sands of time shall run as per norm
And despite industry, our life it shall steal

Live many lives across time's labyrinth
There are plenty of chances for creation
God perfects a single wild flower in aeons
And lives are infinity's constant summation
