Trackless path

What do you do when you have nowhere to go?
There doesnt seem to be a destination in sight
At least not in the sense that the world sees
But there is one beyond mere shade and light

A world that is shining and filled with bliss
Inhabited by denizens that are made of love
In an arc that spans creation and destruction
There spins a wheel of eternity quietly above

There is a chasm that opens up in front slowly
As life moves inexorably towards its climax
There is a trail that winds through tall peaks
Now up and now down with a dual impact

But it is a mere pause in an infinite journey
That links together limitless lives eternal
In a sparkling diadem of God's grace and love
That allows hope to spring forth perennial
