Chains are limiting in their scope causing movement to proscribe
Whether they be of baser ore or golden skein equally are captive
Such limitations are intolerable and life battles for a release
And infinite variations of creation arise because of such belief
However God is not fickle and provides for all in abundance
Every person who manifests in lower sphere due to providence
Destiny's goal is clearly defined along with life's sprout
Tools for its fulfilment are also provided without a doubt
But then we have the fallacy of free will which is unsteady
Intoxicated as it is by the doubts of intellect's perfidy
It takes us on a wild journey that examines every side road
While life's grand vista waits stoically for us to unfold
We convince ourself of our ignorance and weaknesses, in faith
Vehemently we assert with strength our frailty as a wraith
We can precisely plan our lives, both in the here and the after
God is an integral part of us, whether in sadness or laughter
