Evolution is a constant feature of life: Darwinian a special case
Our faulty knowledge suggests that present state is final place
Whereas Spirit observes relentless showing higher states ahead
Finer beings, limitless energy, and boundless bliss wide spread
We observe our left behind trail and marvel at our progress
But our sights are not set on future state beckoning onwards
We fall into accidental enlightenment at fleeting moments
No sooner attained than to vanish as a fiery astral comet
Stillness is not a welcome state in the tumult of ordinary
It is seen as a sign of ineffectiveness and weakness primary
Action is the popular means, vastly overrated over thought
And that is preferred over the quietness meditation brought
But action has its origins in the mind's byways as a thought
And thought can be traced back to a point still involved
Seizing which we can control our future state and our destiny
Freeing us forever from the causal pain and effect's tyranny
